Jack and Monadic Removals did an excellent job during a difficult time. They were courteous from the beginning to the end, and made sure that we were well aware of how they charge, and how long the job was likely to take. Whilst moving, they treated our possessions with care, and displayed co-ordination that proved how experienced they are. I'm very happy with the service that I received from them and I would recommend their services to others.

The team is absolutely fantastic. Clear communication throughout the process with a message when they were on the way and ETA. From time of arrival the worked quickly but extremely carefully, with consideration of all walls and items being moved. They used padding, covers, and restraints for all items in the truck. On delivery they offered to put together all furniture items and plug in appliances. They were happy to work a bit longer to assist with some extra items and moving items around at the drop off house. Cannot praise the team enough and will definitely use them again. 

If you want the most hard-working, diligent & dedicated removalist then look no further than Jack.Our move was anything but smooth due to things out of anyone’s control, yet Jack handled it like an absolute legend & persevered until the job was done (and done well). Our very fragile TV was packed so well you could have hit it with a hammer and it wouldn’t have got so much as a scratch, and not a single thing arrived damaged or broken. And in spite of the job taking much longer than anticipated (again, due to the circumstances outside anyone’s control) Jack still charged a very reasonable price (and still came for much cheaper than many other quotes).I will absolutely recommend Monadic to anyone needing a mover.

I purchased a recliner chair on Gumtree. Collection was not straight forward as it was being stored in a 'storage unit' on a industrial estate. I was away for the weekend and the driver had to meet the seller at a specific time then load (very heavy) on to his truck. The driver then had to deliver it to a Nursing Home 20 kms away. Being a Saturday there was no-one on reception. He had to locate my frail mother who was on the 3rd floor. Great service, good price.

Organised and careful on all furniture, making sure everything fits in the track and in the storage 👌🏻absolutely will recommend it!

These guys are amazing and were such a pleasure to deal with!!! It was a really tough job and they took it so well and didn’t complain or cause us any grief at all! This is by far the best moving company we’ve ever used and we will definitely be going straight to them in the future and we will be recommending to anyone and everyone!
